Shipping Policy

At The Glow Equation, we work hard to ensure your skincare and wellness products are carefully prepared and delivered as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared within 1–5 business days before shipment.

Please note:

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Carrier: USPS

Express Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail

Please note that shipping time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

The Glow Equation is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and mailbox.
  2. Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

The Glow Equation is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Orders that are refused, abandoned, or rejected by customs authorities are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
