Refund & Replacement Policy

At The Glow Equation, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare and wellness products. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 20 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and any damage or defect

Once we review your claim, we will notify you of our decision. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost.

If a replacement is approved, it will typically be processed and shipped within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the recipient after shipment are not eligible for a refund. Any additional fees incurred due to refused delivery may be deducted from any approved refund amount.

Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import requirements imposed by their country. Orders returned, rejected, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that a refund has been issued but have not yet received it:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take several business days to post.
