We believe beauty is built through consistency, and we want you to feel confident trying The Glow Equation. That’s why we offer a limited 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible first-time purchases.
How Our Guarantee Works
Eligible customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
Because skincare and wellness results take consistency, customers must use the product as directed for at least 14 days before submitting a satisfaction guarantee claim.
To submit a claim, contact us at contact@theglowequation.com with your order number, a brief explanation of your experience, and photos of the product received, including any remaining product.
Eligibility Requirements
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
- The original order value must be $75 USD or less before taxes and shipping.
- Customers must use the product as directed for at least 14 days before requesting a refund.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- One guarantee claim is permitted per customer, household, payment method, and shipping address.
- Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and remaining contents.
Bundle Orders
For orders containing multiple products or bundles, the guarantee is limited to one opened product per eligible order.
Any additional opened products within the same order are not eligible for refund under this guarantee.
Subscription Orders
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase if the order meets all eligibility requirements.
Subscription renewals, recurring shipments, and replenishment orders are excluded from this guarantee.
Non-Eligible Orders
- Orders over $75 USD before taxes and shipping
- Repeat purchases
- Subscription renewals after the initial order
- Products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or used inconsistently with instructions
- Orders associated with excessive refund requests or suspected abuse
- Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and gift cards
Refund Amount
Approved claims will receive a refund of the purchase price paid for the eligible product, excluding original shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, or other non-product fees.
The maximum refund available under this guarantee will not exceed the amount paid for the eligible product within a qualifying order of $75 USD or less.
Abuse Prevention
The Glow Equation reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with normal product use. We may also refuse refunds, limit eligibility, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases in cases of suspected policy abuse.
